Summary: This article champions and exemplifies a didactic conception for approaching geometry through learning situations. This conception has its theoretical and methodological foundations in a heuristic approach, within an environment of a dynamic conception of teaching and learning geometry at primary and secondary school. Learning situations, as seen in this work, are exploration activities that let students analyse the new learning goal and carry out transformations in the same way that they are helped to identify the different cases that can occur with the same order. They can also formulate hypotheses on the behaviour of new elements that may appear in the observed cases, as well as the presence of new relationships between these elements.

Resumen: En este articulo, se sustenta y ejemplifica una concepci\'on did\'actica para el tratamiento de la geometr\'\i a, mediante situaciones de aprendizaje. Esta concepci\'on tiene un cimiento te\'orico metodol\'ogico importante en la heuristica, en el entorno de una concepci\'on din\'amica de la ense\~nanza y el aprendizaje de la geometr\'\i a en la escuela elemental y media. Las situaciones de aprendizaje, tal como se conciben en este trabajo, son actividades de exploraci\'on para el alumnado, que le permite analizar el nuevo objeto de aprendizaje y realizar transformaciones en el mismo de modo que se le facilite identificar los diferentes casos que se pueden presenter ante una misma orden, asi como formular hip\'otesis sobre el comportamiento de los elementos nuevos que pueden aparecer, en los casos que se est\'an presentando, y la presencia de nuevas relaciones entre dichos elementos.
