    abstract     = {Summary: An approach is proposed to organizing of information models, human-computer interaction, and architecture of software/hardware. The approach is based on consideration of software/hardware tools as complex system and uses corresponding methodology. The author offers to decompose development tasks into hierarchy of micro-contexts such that each of them can be best supported with their own micro languages (and corresponding editors, compilers, interpreters, etc.). The technology has been implemented and tested with reasonable results.},
