Summary: The availability of multiple spatial data and differences in their geometric and thematic qualities require the development of a new system with a new approach to data mining. This should include the processes of the analysis and improvement of heterogeneous spatial data structures. This paper describes the concept, architecture and functionality of such a system: the spatial Data Fusion System (DAFU). DAFU allows efficient use of heterogneous spatial information and creates the possibility to individual use of geo-data.
