Systems with randomized choice of service intensity. (Russian)
Dokl. Akad. Nauk BSSR 29, 508-510 (1985).
A queueing system with a randomly variable intensity of service is studied. The distribution of the state probabilities is obtained. The probability density of waiting time is shown to be the sum of exponential functions.
