The use of an equation for the curvature of a curve changing with time obtained in the present paper makes it very different from the existing methods of boundary integral equations. The method is very accurate and efficient. Test results are presented along with computations of the collapse of a wave as the depth changes and jet formation for large-amplitude oscillations of a liquid. rv:
