Summary: Based on the literature review of quality management of the engineering, especially for quality control of highway construction project, through design of quality monitoring system and theoretical modeling methods, this paper preliminarily sets up an analytical framework of quality monitoring of highway construction project. It sets up a monitoring system of highway quality and analytical model of quality monitoring of highway construction project in fuzzy mathematical theory.
