Summary: The outlined problems of decisions acceptance in modern medicine in the real time in the conditions of vagueness of studied descriptions and also narrow-mindedness of basic data. Perspectives for a compatible application of fuzzy technologies with methods and facilities of deep analytics (Data Mining) for the decision support of these problems are presented. There are also proposed flow diagrams of the automated system of design, prognosis and support of acceptance of the decisions based on evidence.
