The mathematical properties of these molecular graphs were much studied. Now, the authors consider ``boron-nitrogen fullerenes'', whose molecular graphs can be viewed as consisting of two type of vertices, having different weights. For these graphs some problems are solved, whose solution for simple fullerenes has earlier been achieved.
