    <ab>Summary: The authors give a new model of the software population reliability. The measuring data of the software always has small samples and always has been censored. But to this day the method of handling this problem is not very good. The author uses EM algorithm based on randomly censored data to propose a parameter estimation method and proves that the estimators satisfy a system of nonlinear equation.</ab>
