Summary: Aiming at the random, time-varying and non-linear characteristics of city traffic flow, and based on the pass through need degree-based isolated intersection fuzzy control algorithm, we propose a multi-strategy fuzzy control algorithm, and then optimize it by using GA-based asynchronous sequential iterative optimizing method. The simulation result shows that the multi-strategy fuzzy control algorithm has more strong self-adaptive competence and more stable performance.
