Summary: Nowadays number theory is used widely in public-key cryptography. The idea of public-key cryptography can be used to obtain digital signatures. In most of situations, the signer is generally a single person. However, when the message is on behalf of an organization, a valid message may require the approval or consent of part of people. Threshold signature is an answer to this problem. This paper proposes a threshold signature scheme based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem and Schnorr's signature scheme.
