In this paper, we first analysis the scaffolding theory and the digital learning through the literature review, and then construct the internet “Pneumatic Circuit Design” interactive digital platform which based on the development of the scaffolding theory. Finally, the experimental teaching for students is performed by cooperative learning. To obtain the learning effectiveness and satisfaction for the students of the experimental and control groups, a questionnaire survey and SPSS statistical analysis software are utilized. The results show the learning effectiveness and the satisfaction of the experimental group students are better than these of the control group. rv:
