A hierarchical cluster procedure will be used to group individuals into clusters, with the goal to maximize the homogeneity of individuals within the clusters while also to maximize the heterogeneity between the clusters. The Ward method will be performed in which the similarity used to join clusters is calculated as the sum of squares between the clusters summed over all variables. A graphical representation (tree graph) of the results of a hierarchical procedure will be shown by dendrograms. Afterwards, differences testing between clusters will be performed according to the organizational size of the development of market orientation towards multiple stakeholders of faculties in Croatia. rv:
