A kind of distributed adjustment control system based on DSP is designed, using the distributed system realized multiple DSP parallel processing, and also realized cooperative control of DSP and PC data exchange. In the paper , the whole system structure, USB communication with CAN convert units, DSP data acquisition and processing unit, DSP data acquisition and processing module were discuss in detail. The design of the control system meets the requirement for multitasking and real-time control. It can be applied to the industrial process such as liquid level, flow, pressure, and temperature and humidity control. rv:
