    <ab>Summary: This paper is proposed to PART neural networks in order to process data in multidimensional spaces. In the first part the paper is briefly described fundamental principles of PART network as rules used in learning and in living phase of neural network. A lot of approaches were proposed for processing and information retrieval of text documents placed on web. The results of experiments show using NN also in biomedicine so as used in gene extractions as well as gene screening for class prediction.</ab>
