A class of BAM neural networks with impulses and distributed delays is studied. Sufficient conditions for the existence of equilibrium solutions of such nets are derived by means of Lyapunov functional. Exponential stability of the equilibrium solutions is proved. An illustrative example is provided in order to show the obtained theoretical results.
