Summary: Generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices appear in various areas of science and engineering, and it is of vital importance to know whether a matrix is a generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrix or not. In this paper, we present some new criteria based on the subdivided region, which improve some related results. Examples illustrate the effectiveness of these criteria.
