The system consists of $n$ separate processing elements which are connected to the ring. At the beginning the $i$-th processing element possesses the $i$-th row of the given matrix. After $n$ sequential steps when processing elements work in parallel the $i$-th processing element will possess the $i$-th column of the given matrix. We also give a practical example where the suggested algorithm can be applied. The example represents a numerical solution of the filtration problem in a multilayer system. \itemrv{~} \itemcc{} \itemut{} \itemli{} \end
