In this paper, a new subdivision scheme-non-stationery corner cutting subdivision scheme is proposed. Compared with the other existing methods, such as B\'ezier, this scheme also has convexity-preserving. By choosing appropriate parameters, this subdivision scheme can turn out to be Chaikin or Riesenfeld scheme.
