Summary: The kernel-type stable estimates derived for a multidimensional hazard function have improved convergence rate of mean-square error. An exact expression for the principal part of the asymptotic means-square error is derived, it is optimized, and the estimates are shown to be asymptotically normal. Theoretical results are corroborated in a simulation experiment.
