Summary: Consideration is given to the visualization of two-dimensional and three-dimensional fields generated as a result of numerical solution of partial differential equations. The main requirement on visualization is to display the results in real time, which is attainable only with the use of parallel computer systems. Visualization algorithms oriented to a rather general class of parallel systems named ``multiprocessor computer systems with object parallelism'' are proposed. The computational complexity of parallel visualization is estimated, and the requirements on real-time systems are formulated.
