    abstract     = {The paper deals with on-line parameter estimation of linear noisy input-output systems. A bias-eliminated least-squares algorithm is proposed which can produce unbiased parameter estimates without pre-filtering of noisy measurements. A simulation example illustrates the performance of the algorithm.},
