The first method supposes a variational approach and the replacement of a conventional variational problem by the family of non-conventional problems; here the Lagrange multipliers are used. The second method supposes a structural-parametrical generalization of the variational method. Instead of Lagrange’s $N$-vector here are introduced $R$ different $N$-vectors, each of them having $N$ dimensionality. rv: Andrei Zemskov (Moskva)
